Tilt-Up Roof Hazards
Many modular homes have low sloped roofs that clear underpasses during transport. Some modular homes have steep sloped roofs that fold nearly flat during transport to provide the necessary clearance. The steep sloped roof allows for second-floor or attic spaces, increasing the utility and value of the home. These are commonly called tilt-up roofs and this training module addresses the hazards associated with tilting the roof into place.
