- Make sure the delivery truck is able to reach the site.
- The site grading should have resulted in a home site that is as level as
possible.
- The area where the home will sit must be clear of trees, rocks, and
other debris.
- Construction debris should be cleaned up and removed from the site.
- The soil must be graded and sloped away from the home for water runoff.
- The backfill soil must be compacted.
