Before lifting the modular
home into place, make sure all loose items in the modular box are secure and
will not fall out of the box while suspended. Items such as shingles and
appliances that are shipped with the box, as well as hand tools should be removed
or secured so they don’t fall out and endanger personnel on the ground.
